Job Summary
Project Manager for Europe data centre fit-out projects. Leads cross-functional teams across pre- and post-contract phases, including planning, tenders, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget. Responsibilities include input into estimates and tenders, developing project programmes, managing procurement and subcontractor orders, maintaining Contract Review processes, coordinating with Client and Design teams, and upholding company safety, health, environmental and quality procedures. Requirements emphasize construction methods, commercial strategy, proactive financial reporting, risk and margin management, and experience in multi-project environments; pharmaceutical construction experience is advantageous. The role offers opportunities for professional development and requires coordinating with HR policies and site personnel across European sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing construction projects, with emphasis on data-centre or pharmaceutical environments (advantage)
- Strong knowledge of planning, programming, and contract administration
- Familiarity with safety, health, environmental and quality procedures
- Experience in procurement and sub-contractor/supplier management
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports and budgets
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate design and supply chain
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of contract and amendments management
- Ability to develop and implement project programmes and resource planning
- Experience with risk and margin enhancement strategies
- HR policy adherence and site personnel management
