Job Summary
Manage client projects by defining scope, preparing quotes, and overseeing operations through eLtMS-BPT setup. Provide project oversight as the client advocate, coordinating internal departments to meet timelines and monitoring change orders. Ensure accuracy by reviewing study designs, managing stability programs, and evaluating invoices while updating CRM data. Coordinate face-to-face and teleconferences to address client questions and maintain status updates for management. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Located in Columbia, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Willingness to learn eLlMS-BPT, EtQ and Microsoft Office application
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency, sampling theory, and factor analysis
- Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions
- Ability to analyze complex data sets as part of root cause analysis and statistical modeling/trending
- Experience with tools and methods for project management
- Project management or facilitation experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of industry experience
- At least two years of experience in managing projects and/or laboratory personnel
