Job Summary
Project Manager for CMAR construction in the education sector. Lead large-scale education facility projects from pre-design through warranty, coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include directing project meetings, maintaining schedules, controlling budgets, overseeing safety and quality, managing change and financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to construction regulations and client goals. Requires CMAR experience in higher education or K-12, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction with CMAR experience in higher education and/or K-12 sectors
- Strong knowledge of preconstruction, estimating, and construction processes
- Proven success in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites across North Carolina as needed
