Job Summary
Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project financials; coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams; identify and mitigate risks while maintaining client satisfaction; ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Requires 5+ years of PM experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control skills; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
