Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction (high-end residential or general contracting preferred)
- Experience as a property claims field adjuster
- Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track
- Valid Driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Experience in Xactimate, Symbility, DASH, and Microsoft Office
- Strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors
