Job Summary
Prepare accurate mechanical and plumbing cost estimates from plans and specifications, then manage projects from award through closeout including kickoff, scheduling, and coordination. Handle submittals, purchasing, and material procurement while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor project budgets, change orders, and cost control to own the full project lifecycle from estimate to completion. Required Qualifications
- Experience in estimating mechanical piping or plumbing construction projects
- Ability to bid on projects and manage them from kickoff through completion
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and construction drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Process piping or design-build project experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as FastPIPE, Bluebeam, Procore, or Trimble
