Project Manager / Estimator

Manage exterior construction projects from initial estimate through final completion, meeting with homeowners to inspect sites, gather measurements, and prepare accurate estimates. Coordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while ordering materials to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction, maintain accurate project documentation, and update company software. Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Integrity Roofing's quality standards. Assist with estimating as lead volume increases and work closely with production and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
