Job Summary
Manage competitive bidding and pricing processes by preparing detailed, standardized quote letters and bids while following up with customers. Analyze technical documents and on-site conditions, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project scope and pricing accuracy. Interface with clients and production teams, address concerns, and optimize project execution through effective communication and precise documentation. Track bids, job files, and customer relationships to drive business development opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure high-quality project outcomes through diligent oversight of construction methods, materials, and team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent, project manager, or estimator
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and presenting information effectively
- Strong mathematical skills, including probability, statistics, geometry, and practical applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Division 7 experience
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must currently reside in the Oklahoma City area or be willing to relocate. This role is not intended to be performed from Tulsa or other remote locations.
