Job Summary
Lead estimates for dirt work, mass grading, excavation, and site utility projects; drive end-to-end bid process including takeoffs and subcontractor/vendor bids; build and validate budgets and schedules; coordinate with field leadership to meet deadlines and quality; manage project execution from planning to closeout with documentation and billing support; maintain client relationships to identify and secure repeat work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in estimating and project management for underground utilities and earthwork
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and/or Procore
- Construction Management Degree or equivalent a plus, but not required
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, plans and technical reports
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
