Project Manager / Estimator (General Contractors & Complex Projects)

Conduct site visits to assess client needs, analyze blueprints, and prepare comprehensive time, cost, and labor projections for roofing services. Develop accurate estimates, create client-ready proposals, and negotiate contracts to manage projects from initial sale through closeout. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution while tracking budgets, change orders, and invoicing. Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards. Maintain proactive communication with GC representatives to address concerns and build long-term relationships. Leverage technical expertise in roofing systems and construction methodologies to advise clients and deliver successful outcomes.
