Project Manager / Estimator (Division 8 Commercial Doors)

Job Summary
Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and manage projects from initial estimating through final installation and closeout. Prepare detailed takeoffs for architectural hardware, hollow metal doors, and wood frames by reviewing and interpreting architectural plans and specifications. Coordinate with vendors, customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success while planning, tracking, and meeting project schedules and deadlines. Ensure projects remain within budget while meeting scope and quality requirements, proactively resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Support end-user aftermarket sales opportunities and communicate directly with clients via phone, email, and occasional job site visits.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Experience preparing door, frame, and hardware takeoffs
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to customer and other company locations as needed
- Must pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening
- Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday in Malvern, PA
