Job Summary
Project Manager / Estimator for asphalt paving and civil construction in Tulsa, OK. Lead and support multiple asphalt paving and civil construction projects from startup through completion, coordinating with field crews, superintendents, and leadership. Help manage schedules, budgets, procurement, bidding/estimating activities, and project documentation. Drive safety, quality, and client relationships while enabling growth into broader project management and estimating responsibilities over time. Emphasizes field oversight, collaboration with subcontractors and vendors, and proactive issue resolution to keep projects moving efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in asphalt paving, heavy civil construction, roadway, grading, underground utilities, or related construction fields
- Experience working around asphalt crews, paving operations, sitework, earthmoving, concrete, or underground utilities strongly preferred
- Willingness to spend substantial time in the field supporting operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; Microsoft Project experience preferred
- Estimating experience is a plus, but the company is willing to help develop the right individual
- Leadership potential and long-term growth mindset preferred
