Job Summary
Lead and manage architectural projects across all phases from planning and design through construction administration and closeout in the New Orleans and DC studios; serve as primary client contact and guide project teams, overseeing schedules, staffing plans, deliverables, scope, budget, profitability, and risk management; prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant coordination documents; support business development through fee estimates and client engagement; mentor and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality project delivery and adherence to firm standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years architectural experience
- at least five (5) years of recent Project Manager experience
- Professional degree in architecture required
- active license
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with full responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget
- Experience preparing proposals, fee estimates, scopes of work, and contracts
- Strong understanding of all project phases, including construction documentation and construction administration
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Proficiency in Revit and standard project management and communication software
