Job Summary
Perform contract administration and project management for the Enterprise Data warehouse scope, managing the M&O services team to sustain service level agreements. Communicate with the State through formal correspondence, perform quality assurance with the OV&V vendor, and escalate issues timely within the Contractor organization. Requires five years of project management experience for government or private-sector data warehouses in social services, with additional healthcare experience preferred, plus two years managing M&O and enhancements of similar systems. Expertise in PMBOK® and Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies is essential, alongside a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of successful (on time, within budget) project management experience for government or private-sector data warehouses projects of this size and complexity and in the area of the social services
- At least two (2) years of experience managing the Maintenance & Operations (M&O) and enhancements of data warehouse systems of a similar size and complexity to the EDW system
- Expertise in the principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®)
- Experience in Agile and Scrum SDLC methodologies
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication and writing skills
