Job Summary
Oversee and deliver a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple sites, ensuring health and safety, quality, cost and programme adherence in line with CDM, MS18, CS06 and NEC3 framework requirements. Lead health and safety on site delivery teams, manage project risk controls, coordinate with senior design and client managers, and produce quotations and estimates to realize commercial performance. Ensure projects are completed to contract programmes, meet British Standards and client standards, and that post-completion deliverables such as final accounts and O&M information are provided on schedule. Requires City & Guilds/NVQ construction-related qualifications, CSCS and related certifications, SSSTS/SMSTS, and approximately 10 years of senior project management experience within building/construction environments. Location noted as Remote – Edinburgh, UK, with emphasis on delivering projects across occupied sites and campuses.

- JIB / BESA CSCS Card
- First Aid
- 10 Years experience in the role of a Senior Project Manager or above
- Experience of the management of Health and Safety across multiple sites
- Experience of working in occupied buildings/campuses
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project programming software (Asta / Microsoft Projects / Primavera)
