Job Summary
The Multi-Site Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project delivery across multiple locations, requiring strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, and budgets; coordinating activities across sites; generating change notifications; maintaining risk registers; leading weekly meetings; ensuring quality and compliance; managing client relationships and vendor partners; overseeing contract management and lease considerations; and supervising Associates, Analysts, and Project Coordinators. Key skills include cross-site coordination, budget tracking, risk management, reading drawings and specifications (MEP), proficiency with Clarizen or similar PM software, strong communication, and the ability to operate across time zones and multiple sites. The role involves multi-site travel and does not provide visa sponsorship; location is remote with Atlanta, GA as the primary working locale. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in project management
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and MEP systems
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proficiency in project management software (Clarizen or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and formatting
- Understanding of lease language and contract management
- Ability to make tactical decisions independently
- Experience managing multiple sites or multi-site programs (preferred)
- Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, or equivalent) - as a preferred qualification
