Project Manager

Oversee all construction phases from conception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Interpret blueprints, design temporary structures, and conduct site inspections to verify materials and resolve issues in real-time. Coordinate procurement and delivery of equipment, and facilitate communication between clients, architects, and contractors. Requires a Construction or Industrial Technology degree, proficiency in Excel, Procore, CAD, and BMI Modeling, with QuickBooks experience preferred. Compensation is determined by interview and experience.
