Project Manager - ERP Implementation

Lead the full lifecycle of ERP (IFS) implementation projects from initiation through post go-live support, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery leadership. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties. Conduct high-level risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Facilitate regular status meetings, scrum meetings, and project health reviews to actively resolve bottlenecks and cross-functional interdependencies. Mentor junior project managers or coordinators where applicable and oversee change management activities to support organizational readiness.
