Project Manager

Manage projects in accordance with established project governance, planning, directing, and coordinating activities for designated IT or Business areas to ensure goals and scope are accomplished within time frames and funding parameters. Develop detailed work breakdowns, resource commitments, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies while partnering with Business Owners and Technical Leads on delivery strategy. Lead multiple low-to-medium complexity projects from initiation through closing, monitoring progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion. Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders; provide clear communication to sponsors and executives; facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution; and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance processes, including change control and vendor performance oversight. Use AI tools in support of project management functions.
