Job Summary
Manage project performance by controlling the Project Master Plan, verifying schedule observance, and ensuring activities match contractual objectives. Implement the Project Plan while maintaining continuity through adequate manpower, supervision, and work sources. Establish and control project administration, technical work instructions, and the Quality System, including periodic reviews and compliance checks for subcontractors. Ensure drivers and operators follow safe working procedures and maintain Project Safety requirements. Prioritize and schedule repair and maintenance activities for company-owned equipment and vehicles based on the project schedule, while planning manpower and resources to maximize equipment availability. Communicate regularly with department managers regarding work assignments and maintenance shop issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, project management, or other related field
- 10 to 15 years of work experience in the rental & Equipment Field
