Project Manager, Epic Implementation Training & Stabilization- IT&S Project Manager

Plan, manage, and coordinate complex IT and EHR implementation projects, establishing timelines, defining scope, and tracking execution to ensure deadlines and cost containment. Develop project initiation processes by assigning ownership, creating timetables, and distributing status reports while evaluating and monitoring solution deployments. Manage project and delivery teams, escalate issues for timely resolution, and serve as a liaison to sponsors, stakeholders, and clinical/business communities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define metric goals, optimize system deployment, and drive risk management improvements. Partner with management to develop training programs, policies, and performance measurement tools for clinical and business information systems. Requires 3-5 years of IT project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and Epic implementation knowledge.
