Project Manager, EPC

Own end-to-end project delivery for assigned programs — spanning design, manufacturing, construction, and closeout; develop and maintain project tools and processes (schedules, buyout logs, change order logs, financial forecasts, stakeholder communications); manage project financials (forecasting, cost control, change management, performance reporting); present project performance at executive review; lead vendor and subcontractor contracts and Owner Invoices/Change Orders; coordinate cross-functionally across design, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, regulatory, warranty, and finance; identify risks and drive proactive resolution; lead structured project launches with clear schedules and milestones; mentor junior PM staff; support estimating with data-driven cost models; serve as on-site point of contact and client-facing communicator during critical milestones; oversee subcontractor and vendor performance on-site; negotiate and execute subcontracts and change orders; lead client walkthroughs and milestone acceptance; drive quality and safety on-site; travel up to 5 days per month; preferred: advanced proficiency in Python/SQL, Power BI/Tableau, ERP systems, CAD/REVIT interpretation; certifications like PMP, LEED AP.
