Project Manager - Environmental Solutions

Environmental Project Manager to lead small-to-mid-size site investigation and remediation projects in Asbury Park, NJ. The role supports senior Project Managers on larger remediation programs and provides day-to-day leadership for junior staff and field teams. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and implementing site investigations and remedial activities in accordance with state regulations; coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff; overseeing quality control; tracking schedules and financial performance; preparing and reviewing technical reports and regulatory submittals; communicating with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders; providing field oversight to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and safety requirements; and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimating, and work plan development. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple projects, translate field data into regulatory strategy, and proficient Microsoft Office usage are required. A Bachelor’s degree is required with 5–8 years of environmental consulting experience; advanced degree is a plus. Occasional travel throughout the tristate area is expected. The compensation range is $100,000–$125,000, with potential discretionary bonuses; 40-hour HAZWOPER training and a valid driver's license are required.
