Project Manager - Environmental Remediation

Job Summary
Manage environmental remediation projects from contract award through final completion, developing budgets, schedules, and execution plans while coordinating teams of superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and consultants. Monitor project costs, forecasting, change orders, and contract administration, reviewing engineering drawings and specifications to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and regulatory compliance. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies, and support project startup, field operations, and closeout. Travel throughout the Southeast and Eastern United States is required.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of project management experience in environmental remediation, environmental construction, heavy civil, or related industries
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, remedial designs, and contract documents
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast and Eastern United States
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER
- Experience with environmental remediation technologies
