Job Summary
Project Manager, Enterprise responsible for end-to-end delivery of a diverse SaaS project portfolio within Procore’s Professional Services. Own360° delivery from kickoff to Go-Live, manage SOW-driven engagements, train client teams to become Procore Champions via a Train-the-Trainer approach, and maintain proactive client communications. Collaborate with internal teams (Consultants, Solution Architects, Sales, Support), balance standardized onboarding with high-touch, longer-term projects, and travel up to 20% to client sites and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Construction Mgmt, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred)
- 3–5+ years of managing customer-facing software rollouts or project lifecycles in a SaaS environment
- Experience coordinating high-volume standardized implementations with high-touch, longer-term projects
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English)
- Proficiency with PSA tools, CRM systems, and standard PM software
- Knowledge of structured project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly regarded
- Construction industry experience is highly regarded
