Project Manager-Enterprise Digital Manufacturing (Remote)

Job Summary
Project Manager for the Enterprise Digital Manufacturing team responsible for steering end-to-end initiatives within the Product Supply organization. Develop detailed project plans with milestones, manage scope/time/cost/quality/risk/benefits, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and resources, and drive on-time go-lives from concept through to delivery. Communicate with leadership through weekly updates, identify and address risks, and support root-cause analysis when targets are not met. Role requires cross-functional collaboration, advanced use of project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), and travel up to 50% with a hybrid on-site/friday-WFH schedule in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management or relatable experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a project manager role (5+ preferred) within a manufacturing or operations environment
- Understanding of manufacturing or operations systems including knowing how a warehouse floor operates
- Ability to manage project budgets, cost center flows and vendor management cycle
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools
- Stakeholder management experience within a project management role
- Experience in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
- Advanced knowledge of project management software tools like MS Project and Smartsheet
- Consumer Goods industry experience preferred
- Operations PM experience (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, et al) preferred
