Job Summary
Manages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity in the assigned functional area. Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies milestones, and tracks performance against goals and timeline. Identifies, tracks, and resolves project issues; monitors and communicates project status to the project team; plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis, and provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines. Manages project risk using quality tools to identify risk areas and works with the team to identify alternatives or solutions. Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; maintains project notes, databases, and records; communicates with Project Sponsor and stakeholders on status; identifies and assigns appropriate resources; guides and coaches team members through project phases and provides developmental feedback.
