Job Summary
Lead capital projects through the full lifecycle, developing plans, budgets, and schedules while managing risks, issues, and change controls. Coordinate teams across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and HSE, and oversee consultants, contractors, OEMs, and delivery partners. Support site installation, commissioning, and operational handover, resolving delivery challenges while balancing safety, quality, cost, and operational priorities. Deliver projects safely and effectively against agreed scope, schedule, and quality requirements. Based primarily at The Ochils in Blackford with travel as required, this 37.5-hour-week role reports to the Group Engineering & Projects Manager.
Required Qualifications
- experience delivering capital investment projects within a manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, pharmaceutical or similar industrial environment
- strong project planning and controls experience
- commercial awareness
- excellent stakeholder management skills
- a practical, proactive approach to delivery
- experience with travel to other Highland Spring sites and suppliers as required
- flexibility around key project milestones, site activity and commissioning phases
- 37.5-hour-per-week role
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline
- APM qualification
- PRINCE2 qualification
- PMP qualification
- equivalent qualification to APM, PRINCE2, or PMP
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations
