Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects across the company’s solutions businesses. Develop and maintain schedules, risk logs, and communication plans; coordinate resources, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, product management, and leadership to support project goals; provide timely updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate effective teamwork to keep projects progressing; monitor performance and identify risks or roadblocks; implement mitigation strategies and escalate when necessary. Support continuous improvement by refining project workflows and tools and promote consistency in project execution through standard methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
