Job Summary
Project Manager to lead energy-project management efforts across multiple markets and geographies. Responsibilities include project scoping and budgeting for proposals, building schedules, tracking hours, budget, and schedule adherence, client communications, issues resolution, deliverable submittals and project closeout, and establishing strong relationships with clients, internal teams and management. Design projects span multiple markets/geographies with opportunities to broaden knowledge and skills in project management. Requires an independent, self-starter capable of moving quickly through project stages. Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering; 5+ years of PM experience; energy-market experience (Oil & Gas, Aviation Fueling, Power Delivery, Power Generation, Renewables); proficiency with MS Office and Primavera P6; ability to collaborate in a team. In-person interviews and onboarding at Pond offices are expected.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Specialized experience in energy market including Oil & Gas, Aviation Fueling, Power Delivery, Power Generation and/or Renewables
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Proficient with Primavera P6
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- PE is preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus
