Job Summary
Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects, managing stakeholders from engineering, project delivery teams, and third parties like consultants and EPC companies. Analyze project challenges, structure key tasks, clarify resource requirements, and prepare planning, kick-offs, and closures. Optimize processes, design risk management plans, and coordinate progress tracking to ensure technical feasibility and delivery. Organize qualification tests to secure quality and provide project management support to customers. This role supports the Energy Infrastructure Solution team within Delta Group's EMEA operation in Hoofddorp, focusing on renewable and ESS system projects across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management
- Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
