Job Summary
Lead construction projects from qualification through closeout, managing planning, execution, and financial performance while ensuring safety and budget adherence. Establish execution plans, coordinate with superintendents, and identify risks to develop recovery action plans. Manage project financials, approve invoices, track variances, and negotiate change orders. Act as the key contact for customers and subcontractors, developing relationships and sourcing new opportunities. Lead and mentor high-performance teams to drive positive outcomes and optimize revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- No sponsorship eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Three (3) years in renewable energy, PV
- Experience with union workforces
- Labor rate calculations
- Collective bargaining agreements
- Verifiable experience of safe, reliable and integrity-driven work habits, including working in unsupervised field settings, and remote office locations when appropriate
- History of leading teams with a passion for developing employees
- Ability to influence and drive positive outcomes
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project
- Experience with Accubid Classic
