Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivery within budget and timeline. Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, and resource allocation while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Monitor progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed, and prepare updates for senior management. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive engagement and decision-making. This permanent, full-time role is based in Sydney CBD and requires a strong background in the utilities sector with at least five years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the utilities sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
