Job Summary
Manage single and complex end-to-end projects within the E2E Simplification Stream to ensure tangible business outcomes and value realization. Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 4 direct reports while partnering with the Program Director to embed effective Agile and Waterfall methodologies across the program. Build authentic relationships with diverse internal teams including Change & Comms, Business Improvement, Operations, HR, and Finance to drive seamless execution. This 18-month fixed-term role is based in Sydney or Melbourne for a pragmatic leader balancing strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end project deliveries
- An authentic, resilient leader who builds diverse teams, celebrates win together, and stays composed under pressure
- Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks
- Experience operating within customer-focused environments (Retail, FMCG, or adjacent industries highly regarded)
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with strong initiative and organizational flair
- Proficient with core project presentation, spreadsheet, and document applications
- Sydney or Melbourne location
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant undergraduate degree or formal project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, Agile)
- Background in Retail, FMCG, or complex commercial transformation environments
