Job Summary
Project Manager for Programs and Business Innovation Support leading across the project lifecycle to elicit requirements, analyze processes, and implement business improvements. Collaborates with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology and Senior Management to translate needs into measurable project deliverables; conducts data analysis and builds empirical solutions to optimize reporting; designs or re-engineers business processes and applications; develops detailed project plans and documents requirements, issues, and data/workflows; creates presentation materials and provides reporting metrics. Requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in operations or middle office within a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial institution across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience implementing/integrating business systems (internally developed or third-party)
- End-to-end project management and business analysis experience (scoping, business case development, implementation, change management)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders including Senior Management
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
