Job Summary
Manage multiple projects from kickoff through final client closeout, developing detailed schedules and coordinating activities between Sales, Design, Operations, and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, participating in meetings and managing expectations while ensuring delivery within budget and quality standards. Coordinate field verifications, site readiness, and installation logistics with general contractors and vendors, monitoring progress to resolve issues that impact timelines. Track milestones, manage documentation and change orders, and conduct final walkthroughs to facilitate project closeout. This role requires travel to project sites across the United States at least three days per week, with flexibility for evenings or weekends. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience in construction or commercial interiors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in construction, commercial interiors, facilities, furniture, or a related industry
- Strong account coordination and client relationship management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Experience managing Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) projects
- Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, and construction teams
- Knowledge of project scheduling and construction coordination processes
- Travel to project sites across the United States at least three (3) days per week
- Ideally based in the Central or Western United States
- Flexibility to travel on short notice
- Work occasional evenings or weekends
