Job Summary
Lead multiple MSS projects to meet customer specifications, timelines, and financial goals while ensuring safety and quality compliance across fabrication yards and site activities. Coordinate equipment procurement, manage subcontractor schedules and payments, and oversee internal and customer acceptance testing including FAT and SAT. Forecast resource requirements, track project costs, and negotiate change orders with customers and suppliers. Serve as the focal point for engineering and commercial issues, providing sales support and maintaining accurate risk documentation. Manage project scope, deliverables, and final manufacturing databook closure.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or any equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in process control industry and project management
- At least 5 years in PM capacity, handling multiple system projects
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and planning skills
- Strong commercial and financial competence
- Proven skills in the use of project tools (such as MS Project) and techniques
Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills and results oriented
- Flow Measurement System for Hydrocarbons and/or Process Analaytical System experience
- Knowledge of FPSO systems and experience
- Understanding of Marine Certification requirements
- Decisive, dedicated and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions
- Candidates with 15+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated technical leadership results
