Lead projects focused on operational development and process improvement within a precision engineering machine shop/fabrication facility, delivering and exceeding company and project KPIs, and acting as the holistic expert on project management with a strategic mindset across aerospace-enabled manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management in a machine shop/fabrication facility
- Good grounding and understanding of Aerospace standards
- Ability to influence and drive forward Project Management methodologies
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Able to commute to the South Birmingham / Redditch area
- Must be eligible to undergo UK Security Clearance (visa sponsorship not offered)
- Willing to complete a DBS check if required
