Job Summary
Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow while leading internal and external meetings to support team development. Submit project reports to the Area Manager, communicate progress and escalated risks, and compile weekly through yearly health and safety statistics. This role requires a construction-related degree and three+ years of experience, with a salary range of $115,000 - $130,000.
Required Qualifications

- equivalent combination of technical training and experience in a Project Manager role
- working knowledge of construction scopes and activities
