Job Summary
Plan and coordinate the implementation of the nationwide AI foundation model for healthcare, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across research, healthcare, industry, and public-sector stakeholders. Organize meetings, workshops, and steering group activities while facilitating collaboration to ensure effective translation of research outcomes into healthcare impact. Coordinate communication, dissemination, and reporting activities for the initiative. This role supports the ELLIS Institute Finland's strategic effort to develop the world's first nationwide AI model for healthcare decision-making, leveraging cross-sector partnerships to transform data use in Finland.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field
- At least 5+ years of experience in project management
Desired Qualifications
- background in artificial intelligence, data science, health technologies, or related areas
- Familiarity with research and/or public-sector environments
- understanding of the Finnish healthcare ecosystem, health data infrastructures, hospital systems, or biobanking
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with ability to operate independently
- Strong communication skills in English
- at least working knowledge of Finnish
