Job Summary
Lead complex, cross-functional projects spanning technology modernization, AI adoption, and growth enablement in a professional services setting. Own end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, risk management, and closure, applying fit-for-purpose delivery approaches (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Serve as primary facilitator across business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors; translate business outcomes into technical requirements and provide executive-level updates. Drive change and adoption with training and communications plans, track adoption outcomes, and contribute to governance, standards, and portfolio visibility. Mentor other PMs as the function matures and scales; collaborate with solution and enterprise architects to ensure delivery plans reflect technical realities and align with data platforms, cloud services, AI, and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in professional services or consulting environments
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success delivering projects involving technology, data, or digital transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level credibility
- Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments typical of innovation and transformation work
