Job Summary
Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of all projects, meeting or beating all costs while ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget. Maintain client component inventories and manage relationships with external production vendors and internal teams to coordinate workflow. Lead Quality Assurance meetings, chair CAD sessions, and drive the production launch process to ensure timely execution. Order materials and carpets in a timely manner, oversee detailing and graphic production, and facilitate communication to solve challenges and ensure client satisfaction. Partner with the warehouse manager to complete inspection reports within 10 business days of event close. This role requires 8 years of project management experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years PM experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the tradeshow industry and related construction methods
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at once
- Strong attention to detail, personal organization and interpersonal skills
- Team player and problem solver with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- All final candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive background check
