Job Summary
Coordinate Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Client Services teams to drive new product development, process improvements, and manufacturing scale-up. Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables while developing detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Manage budgets, costs, and changing priorities to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 regulations. Lead project reviews, present updates to leadership, and drive continuous improvement in execution and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- a Bachelors Degree in a scientific field
- 4+ years of experience in project management ideally within product development, manufacturing, or a regulated industry
- excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- knowledge of quality systems, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high variability & regulated environment
