Job Summary
Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to closeout, defining scope, developing budgets, and creating detailed schedules. Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management while leading teams of engineers and technicians. Provide technical oversight for system design, installation, and testing, enforcing quality control and safety compliance. Monitor progress against milestones, resolve logistical challenges, and conduct post-project reviews. Ensure accurate documentation and successful client handover. Requires a master's degree in electrical engineering and seven years of project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/master's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical project management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Design standards and codes knowledge
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the electrical industry
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preference to those who have done in industry segment only
