Job Summary
Lead and manage projects involving the design, implementation, maintenance, and closeout of electrical systems and solutions. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Allocate and coordinate resources including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track. Provide technical guidance to engineering and construction teams while establishing communication channels with clients to understand requirements and address concerns. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met. This hybrid role is based in the Rhode Island area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role
- Experience with electrical utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects
- 6 years experience or greater or 3 years' experience plus PMP
- This is role is hybrid for Rhode Island area
Desired Qualifications
- Transmission line and Substation experience preferred
- Cost Analyst experience in examining and interpreting financial data, auditing upon close out, and providing detailed summation preferred
- Curious and active listener: You have a deep hunger to learn, coupled with a willingness to think outside the box. You ask a lot of questions. You recognize there is a difference between “hearing” and “listening.
