Project Manager - Electrical

Job Summary
Direct and coordinate electrical project management activities across designated projects, including submittal coordination, buyouts of materials/subcontractors, and schedule maintenance. Prepare and update project schedules, manage labor productivity and efficiency with field leadership, generate monthly/weekly reports, and maintain accurate cost records (change orders, projections, invoices). Ensure Stellar quality and safety standards, coordinate commissioning documents and close-out, and communicate with customers. Lead and coordinate project teams, identify and mitigate risks, and use tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera to maintain on-schedule, on-budget delivery. Travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders; remote/hybrid options available for many positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred or equivalent prior work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in construction or self-performed electrical project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project or Primavera
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events
- Thorough understanding of industrial electrical systems, control systems, and construction processes
