Job Summary
Manage the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization through post-launch support for multiple new product development programs. Prepare project schedules, lead team meetings, and identify critical paths to drive progress toward milestones while holding team members accountable for timely delivery. Work cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, and sales stakeholders to remove obstacles and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Update executive leadership regularly on project status, risks, and resource gaps to maintain organizational alignment. Serve as a resource to sales during field visits and analyze forecasts to ensure profitability expectations are met.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree
- preferably in a business or engineering field
- 3+ years of directly related professional level experience
- significant technical proficiency
