Job Summary
Project Manager for electrical power distribution, transmission, and substation construction in Commerce City, CO. Responsibilities include preparing project estimates, budgets, schedules, and assisting in contract negotiations; attending job-site meetings and coordinating with architects and engineers to resolve design issues; keeping customers informed of progress and costs; directing manpower, equipment, and materials; managing contract administration (change orders, billing, expenses, collections); maintaining sound union relationships; completing closeout with punch lists and as-built drawings; and actively pursuing new business through client relationships and presentations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum four years technical education in engineering field, construction management coursework or completion of apprenticeship in a respective discipline

- Analytical and problem solving, strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable tracking and maintaining a wide range of project budgets
- Supervising field crew through foreman
