Project Manager (Electrical Power) for distribution, transmission, and substation construction projects in Deforest, WI. Responsibilities include preparing project estimates, budgets, and schedules; assisting in contract negotiations; attending job site meetings; coordinating with field supervision, architects, and engineers; processing design approvals and shop drawings; communicating project progress and issues to customers; coordinating manpower, equipment, and supplies; purchasing equipment and materials; managing contracts administration (change orders, billing, expenses, collections); maintaining union relationships; overseeing closeout, as-built drawings, and manuals; and developing new business through client relationships and proposals. Required Qualifications
- Minimum four years technical education in engineering field, construction management coursework or completion of apprenticeship in a respective discipline.
- 5+ years of prior experience with related construction industry projects (Electric Power Distribution/Transmission and Substation).
