Job Summary
Plan Spec Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from turnover through closeout; coordinate with field leadership, internal departments, subcontractors, vendors, and customer representatives to keep projects on schedule and within contract requirements; develop Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP); manage scheduling of subcontractors, manpower, tools, equipment, and materials; monitor project costs and financial performance; support development of Associate Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical construction project management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with strong skills in Excel, Word, MS Project, and Copilot.
